Phillip T. Dixon, Co-Founder & President. Mr. Dixon is responsible for all activities of the Firm. He is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and special situation investments. His background includes significant experience with complex restructurings and turnarounds. Prior to the founding of Treadstone, he was an Executive Vice President of NationsBank Corporation, a Bank of America predecessor, and led its Special Asset Bank, an organization of more than 1,000 people responsible for an $8 billion portfolio of troubled assets. Mr. Dixon is a graduate of Auburn University and earned his M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.

Gary P. Thomason, Co-Founder & Principal. Mr. Thomason has responsibility for Treadstone's due diligence and underwriting activities. He serves as the Firm's Chief Risk Officer and coordinates portfolio management. His experience includes all aspects of the acquisition, growth and disposition of businesses. Mr. Thomason is an engineer by training and has direct operations experience. Additionally, he served over 10 years as a senior officer with NationsBank and Amresco, both Bank of America predecessor organizations. Mr. Thomason is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and received his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Charlotte T. Hickey, Principal & Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Hickey joined the Firm only weeks after its formation and is responsible for accounting, administration and investor reporting. Prior to joining Treadstone, she was associated for many years with NationsBank, a Bank of America predecessor, and, earlier, First Boston Corporation, a Credit Suisse Group predecessor. Her experience includes corporate finance, oversight of venture capital portfolios and sales of distressed loan packages. In connection with her venture capital duties, she served as a director of several portfolio companies. Ms. Hickey is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

Michael G. Donohoe, Principal & General Counsel. Beyond his legal responsibilities, Mr. Donohoe is involved in all aspects of the Firm's operations. His prior positions include executive officer roles in both public and private companies and appointment as chief restructuring officer during a successful Chapter 11. Mr. Donohoe is a former partner in the creditors' rights and corporate practice groups of Donohoe, Jameson & Carroll. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds and bankruptcy in various industries. Mr. Donohoe graduated from Stanford University and earned his law degree from the University of Chicago.

William H. Douning, Principal. Mr. Douning is responsible for a substantive portion of the Firm's financial restructuring activities. He has an extensive background with special situation investments, including cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation and working with the management of companies where the Firm has an investment. Prior to joining the Firm in 1994, he had several years of debt restructuring experience with NationsBank and Amresco, both Bank of America predecessors. Mr. Douning graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Arlington.

L. Allen Jarboe, Principal. Mr. Jarboe is responsible for many of the Firm's restructuring and insolvency related transactions and has particular expertise with non-regulated financial institutions. He has experience with an array of troubled company and other high-yield investments. Prior to joining the Firm in 2001, he was Chief Credit Officer at KBK Financial and, earlier, head of the Special Assets Department of Barnett Banks, a Bank of America predecessor, where he had responsibility for a $1 billion distressed debt portfolio. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.

Bruce F. Harris, Senior Director. Mr. Harris has responsibility for the evaluation and structuring of real estate investment opportunities for the Firm. His responsibilities include coordinating the Firm's real estate advisory efforts. Mr. Harris is a licensed real estate broker and, prior to joining Treadstone in 1994, was associated with J.E. Robert Companies and MBank Dallas, a JP Morgan Chase predecessor. Mr. Harris is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and earned his M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.

Matthew K. Hawkins, Senior Director. Mr. Hawkins joined the Firm in early 2008 and is actively involved with deal origination and portfolio company management. He has an extensive background in both turnaround management and private equity. Prior to joining Treadstone, Mr. Hawkins managed select investments and individual company operations for EFO Holdings, a Dallas-based family investment office, and was associated, earlier, with Hull & Associates, a regional turnaround management firm. Mr. Hawkins is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

Christopher J. Lang, Senior Analyst. Mr. Lang has both an undergraduate marketing degree and an MBA from Drake University. He has several years of banking experience, having focused on secured lending and analytics prior to returning to school for his MBA.
